Blocker Micro-V1. Troubles possible in installing process:

1. One of 8-pin CAN driver chips is pressed and torn off from a board, thus pinches come off a board often together with padstacks.

It usually happens when the fitter breaks off one Blocker from a ruler with others NOT In CORRECT SIDE - Blockers on a ruler are allocated very densely.

2. The corner of the microcontroller under a glue layer between drivers CAN is chopped off, blocker is damaged.

 3. The Blocker already installed in one type of EZS, WITHOUT Unlock was implemented in other type of EZS - a jamb, read MersCleaner datasheet!

Blockers Micro-V1 first generation can have "manufacturing" trouble:

1. The mass track going by a board right edge is cut off by boards manufacture. The track can be seen on a board clearance, to ring out using multimeter tester is useless, it will be rung out, but CAN driver pin 8 will be have a weak-current connection with mass inside the microcontroller it is not good.

2. The big Ceramic capacitor from below middle of a board - need to replace this capacitor (not with the hot air, use a soldering iron only!) or solder parallely to it a small electrolythic or better Tantal capacitor 10...100uF 5...16v.
